MindWave Innovations Inc. USA Expands U.S. Commercial Footprint with Second Agreement to Build and Operate FlashChain for New York-Based Flash Sports & Media

MindWave Innovations Inc. USA, signed a 12-month technology and software development agreement with New York-based Flash Sports & Media Holdings, Inc. ($FLZH) to build and operate FlashChain, a dedicated blockchain subnet running on our MindChain infrastructure.
MindWave Innovations Inc. USA, has signed a 12-month agreement with New York-based Flash Sports & Media Holdings, Inc. (FLZH) to build and operate FlashChain.
Built on MindChain’s Layer-2 infrastructure, FlashChain is designed to authenticate digital match tickets, record sports memorabilia transactions, and track media assets. MindWave will connect FLZH’s FLASHSM streaming app, ticketing platforms, and stadium gate scanners to the network. It will also operate the validator nodes and provide technical support during broadcasts and busy match days.
FLZH will own FlashChain, its brand, and its Digital Asset and Ticketing Ledger. MindWave will receive FLZH common shares and an allocation equal to 20% of the total supply of FLASH TOKEN under the agreement. The total dollar value has not been disclosed.
Technical specifications, delivery timelines, and acceptance criteria will be set out in a statement of work. The agreement marks MindWave’s expansion into sports ticketing and media distribution.
