MindWave Innovations Signs Agreement with US-Based BlockAssure to Build and Operate AssureChain, an End-to-End Insurance and Reinsurance Network

MindWave Innovations Inc. USA signed a two-year agreement with BlockAssure to build and operate AssureChain, an insurance and reinsurance network that runs as a subnet of MindChain.
MindWave Innovations Inc. USA has signed a two-year master agreement with Delaware-based BlockAssure Inc. to build and operate AssureChain, a dedicated insurance and reinsurance network that runs as a subnet of MindChain.
MindWave will design, develop, security-audit and deploy AssureChain, then host, operate and maintain it. Insurance contracts, policies, premium and payment entries, reinsurance treaties and claims all run on AssureChain. MindChain provides settlement and anchors the records to Ethereum, so each claim can be traced back to the policy, contract and treaty it came from.
BlockAssure leads underwriting, claims decisions, licensing and its relationships with insurers, reinsurers and brokers. MindWave acts only as the technology provider and is BlockAssure's exclusive blockchain provider for AssureChain during the agreement.
MindWave will earn development fees, paid quarterly, and an allocation equal to 20% of the total supply of AssureCoin, the token BlockAssure plans to create on MindChain. The agreement took effect on 4 October 2026. Development is planned over four quarters against agreed milestones.
